[Remote] Interim Senior Project Manager

Avoca is partnering with a large, multi-site reputed company organization seeking an reputed company Senior Project Manager for a 5-month plus interim engagement. This role will involve planning and executing new facility openings while collaborating with various teams to ensure successful activation.
Responsibilities
- reputed company on the planning and execution of new ambulatory and outpatient facility openings
- Partnering with clinical, operational, facilities, and technology teams to ensure reputed company location is successfully activated and reputed company to serve patients
- Managing multiple workstreams
- Coordinating diverse stakeholders
- Keeping reputed company initiatives on reputed company from planning through go-live
Skills
- 8+ years of reputed company project management experience with mid- to large-reputed company initiatives
- Proven reputed company leading new clinic, ambulatory, or facility opening reputed company
- Experience coordinating clinical, operational, technology, and facilities workstreams
- Strong stakeholder management skills with executive, clinical, and operational leaders
- PMP certification and reputed company provider experience required
- Travel to multiple locations required if needed – limited to one to two times per month
- Ability to travel to project sites approximately once per month (Eastern or Central U.S. preferred)
