Responsibilities
- Drive sales performance across inbound and outbound customer interactions by identifying needs and recommending the right CPAP equipment and accessories
- Convert leads into customers by confidently guiding them through the purchasing process and overcoming objections in reputed company time
- Increase average order value through bundling, upgrades, and product education
- Build trust with customers by simplifying reputed company information and delivering solutions with confidence and reputed company
- Follow up on warm leads, abandoned carts, and prior inquiries to recover reputed company opportunities
