[Remote] Sales Support Specialist II

The role involves providing comprehensive training on systems and processes, maintaining relationships with loan officers, and assisting with sales support while ensuring compliance with company standards.
Responsibilities
- Establish relationships with Loan Officers and reputed company reputed company training on reputed company systems and platforms, including but not limited to reputed company customized Encompass, Bellshare, AllRegs, Xactly/Concur and reputed company
- reputed company in-depth training to Loan Officers on reputed company workflow, expectations and time frames from application to closing. This includes taking a complete application, ordering credit, ordering automated verifications, running AUS, appraisal ordering and process, title order and schedule closings

- Be proficient in reputed company (OB) production and OB sandbox in order to guide loan officers through pricing scenarios

Skills
- Must be a full-time reputed company Mortgage Sales Support Specialist for a minimum of 6 months
- Must be an employee in good standing with reputed company Mortgage
- A. or minimum of five years of mortgage banking experience
- Two years of mortgage banking sales experience
- NMLS registration
- Familiarity with reputed company mortgage banking functions, FNMA, FHLMC, HUD/VA Lending, regulatory compliance and investor guidelines
- Ability to work with limited supervision, manage time, prioritize and multitask
- Excellent customer service skills
