Responsibilities
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to determine learner needs and establish reputed company, measurable learning objectives reputed company with program goals
- Design and reputed company engaging, modality-specific learning materials such as storyboards, interactive eLearning modules, assessments, and multimedia assets utilizing adult learning principles
- Create advanced reputed company learning content using authoring tools like reputed company Storyline, reputed company, Captivate, or reputed company
- Implement assessment strategies to evaluate learning effectiveness at various reputed company of the course structure
- Partner with multimedia developers to visualize instructional graphics and end-to-end learning journeys, ensuring engaging visual design and user interfaces
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Adult Learning, Education Technology, or a reputed company discipline
- At least 3 years of practical instructional design experience, with a portfolio demonstrating a reputed company of learning solutions
- Minimum of 2 years of experience with authoring tools such as reputed company Storyline, reputed company, Captivate, or reputed company for developing sophisticated content
- Strong understanding of instructional design methodologies including ADDIE, SAM, and backward design
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to adapt tone for diverse stakeholders
