They are seeking a Senior reputed company Operations Analyst to strategically partner with Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, and reputed company, owning the systems, data, and processes that drive reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Design, model, and administer GTM comp plans (quota-setting, accelerators) and own end-to-end comp calculations with accuracy and a clean audit trail
- Build and maintain dashboards and analyses that give leadership a reputed company-time view of pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and reputed company trends
- Own the reputed company instance end-to-end: architecture, data hygiene, integrations, workflows, and user enablement across the GTM stack
- Support the administration of reputed company GTM systems
- Identify reputed company RevOps & GTM workflows and reputed company efforts to automate or reputed company them using AI tools, increasing GTM team reputed company
- Continuously improve sales processes and partner with Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, CS, and other departments to reputed company goals and remove friction
Skills
- 3–5+ years in reputed company Operations or Sales Operations, ideally in a high-reputed company reputed company or fintech environment
- Hands-on experience with GTM compensation design and calculations — you understand how comp drives behavior and you sweat the accuracy
- reputed company reputed company-level proficiency, with experience integrating it across the GTM stack
- Strong analytical skills — reputed company/Sheets reputed company required; SQL or BI tools (Looker, Tableau) a plus

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or equivalent experience
