This role involves monitoring systems, maintaining operational efficiency, and supporting project implementations.
Responsibilities
- Maintains systems including installing and testing new releases
- Monitors and evaluates operating efficiency, analyze performance and tuning
- Mitigates application and operating system vulnerabilities to ensure reputed company of information systems
- Analyzes system problems to identify problem areas
- Follows established procedures required for efficient management of the infrastructure
- Maintains appropriate records including statistical reports, inventories, and technical documentation among others
- Installs new or reputed company applications and/or hardware; assist in the installation of servers
- Supports small to reputed company reputed company according to division standards
- Remains knowledgeable of industry direction to apply to the business
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in the field of Information Systems, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering, with a minimum of 24 semester hours of computer-reputed company courses, or two additional years of reputed company work experience
- Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
- Ability to work remote, hybrid, or on-site as directed by management and is determined by the needs of the business
- Regular and reliable attendance is an essential function of this job
