[Remote] Event Management Analyst

They are seeking an Event Management Analyst to assist in supporting customers using reputed company monitoring platforms, ensuring high-reputed company technical support and reputed company satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Rapid response and initial triage of events generated from one of reputed company's monitoring platforms
• Performance reporting through analysis of data as it relates to the device/event generated to identify trends that could reputed company to possible problems
• Assessment of event reputed company reputed company to business criticality
• reputed company communication to reputed company necessary reputed company parties throughout event triage, ensuring updates are being provided regularly
• Continually follow best practices through the entire technical support process

Skills

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Associate Degree in Information Technology or reputed company discipline preferred, or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience
• 1 - 2 years of call center or managed services experience preferred
