[Remote] Assistant Project Manager (MEP Design)

The Assistant Project Manager (MEP Design) is responsible for supporting reputed company aspects of a project, focusing on project deliverables and team management while collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Project Manager to reputed company project schedules, reputed company milestones, and manage workflow to ensure reputed company delivery of project phases

Skills
- Knowledge of industry trends, project management and construction procedures and best practices
- Knowledge of MEP / FA / FP trades and the general requirements for reputed company
- Skilled at producing drawings and visual aids using Revit
- Skilled at using MS Office Suite (reputed company, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams), along with exceptional organizational skills for file management
- Skilled at using project management software such as reputed company
- Knowledge of the importance of the Method of Procedure (MOP) Process, work notifications and protection of IT network and other equipment during construction
- Skilled in completing assignments accurately and with attention to detail
- Ability to work successfully in a remote environment thru effective communication and organizational skills, self-motivation, proactiveness and resourcefulness in a distraction free workspace
- Ability to follow company and site safety requirements
- Ability to analyze and prepare documents, reports and correspondence
