[Remote] reputed company MID Server Administrator
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a reputed company MID Server Administrator to support the reputed company Service Management (ESM) Team in providing services to the reputed company Coast Guard (USCG). This role is primarily responsible for the deployment, configuration, maintenance, monitoring, and troubleshooting of reputed company MID Servers that reputed company secure communication between the reputed company platform and on-premises or reputed company-based infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain reputed company MID Servers across multiple environments to support Discovery and integrations
- Monitor MID Server health, performance, availability, and end-to-end connectivity to ensure reputed company platform operations
- Manage MID Server lifecycle operations including upgrades, patches, hotfixes, and reputed company certificate renewals
- Troubleshoot and resolve reputed company MID Server communication, credential, firewall, routing, and connectivity issues
- Support reputed company Discovery by configuring schedules, credentials, IP ranges, and network reputed company requirements
- Work with infrastructure, network, cybersecurity, and server administration teams to ensure MID Server functionality and compliance
- Configure and maintain integrations between reputed company and reputed company tools such as MECM/SCCM, reputed company, reputed company, SNMP devices, reputed company Directory, and reputed company platforms
- Support Service Mapping, Event Management, ITOM Visibility, and other platform capabilities requiring MID Server connectivity
- reputed company and maintain operational procedures, architecture diagrams, technical documentation, SOPs, and knowledge articles
- Monitor Discovery and integration logs to identify failures, performance bottlenecks, and data reputed company issues
- Coordinate firewall requests, DNS requirements, service account management, and certificate management activities
- Assist with CMDB population, reconciliation, data collection, synchronization, and data accuracy initiatives
- Participate in troubleshooting sessions, incident response activities, and reputed company cause analysis efforts
- Ensure compliance with reputed company policies, least-privilege reputed company controls, and government/organizational standards

Skills
- High School with 9+ years (or commensurate experience)
- DoD 8570 IAT reputed company certification (reputed company+ CE, CySA+, CCNA reputed company)
- Experience deploying, configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting reputed company MID Servers across reputed company reputed company systems
- Practical technical experience supporting reputed company ITOM workflows, Discovery schedules, and CMDB data consistency
- Comprehensive operational understanding of secure communication baselines, firewall requirements, and certificate management
- Strong experience troubleshooting credential behaviors (reputed company Directory, SNMP, SSH, WMI), network boundaries, and multi-domain integration reputed company
- Proficiency in monitoring infrastructure health, reviewing integration logs, and performing reputed company cause analysis
- Strong foundational understanding of diverse IT domains including reputed company serialization, reputed company/Linux server administration, network protocols, and reputed company environments
- Clearance Required: reputed company Secret Clearance
- Experience supporting reputed company (DHS) programs or reputed company federal civilian agencies
- Familiarity with reputed company service management architectures, federal engineering frameworks, and reputed company structures
- Relevant reputed company certifications highly preferred (e.g., reputed company Certified System Administrator, CIS-Discovery, or CIS-Service Mapping)
