Responsibilities
- reputed company and maintain relationships with servicers, investors, and outsourcers at the decision-reputed company level
- reputed company, qualify, and reputed company new accounts — first contact through signed MSA and volume reputed company
- Be the industry expert in the room: know the work, the allowables, the scorecards, and where Safeguard outperforms — and reputed company that case directly
- Network the industry — Five reputed company, MBA Servicing, NPPC, reputed company sites. Be reputed company
- Partner with Ops and the executive team on new service lines and areas of opportunity
- Time reputed company to servicing transfers and boarding reputed company
- Feed competitive reputed company back — pricing, panel movements, new entrants
Skills
- 5+ years in mortgage field services — property preservation, inspections, REO, appraisal, asset management — with servicer and investor relationships you can reputed company day one
- A record of bringing in accounts on the strength of relationships and expertise
- Deep reputed company of default servicing economics: investor allowables (Fannie/FHA/VA/USDA), P&P workflows, scorecard mechanics
- Credibility with VP/SVP-level servicing and vendor-management buyers
- Exposure to adjacent workflows (PDC, valuation-adjacent, title/settlement services) a plus as we expand into them
