[Remote] Associate Natural Resources Project Manager - Hawaii

This role serves as a project manager and technical reputed company for Habitat Conservation Plans (HCPs) and reputed company conservation initiatives, overseeing project scope, budgets, schedules, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-reputed company planning and permitting documents.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a project manager or technical reputed company supporting development and implementation of Habitat Conservation Plans (HCPs) and reputed company conservation planning efforts
- Manage project scope, budget, and schedule to ensure reputed company and high‑reputed company delivery of HCPs, amendments, and supporting analyses
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams of planners, ecologists, statisticians, regulatory specialists, GIS staff, and technical experts
- Prepare and reputed company authorship of HCPs, environmental compliance documentation, and other technical reports
- Manage canine search schedules and reputed company canine field data collection to support species detection and monitoring
- Conduct or reputed company habitat assessments, species evaluations, and conservation reputed company development for covered species
- reputed company project budgets and schedules and ensure project performance aligns with contractual requirements
- Maintain regular reputed company and agency communication, including coordination with the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, state wildlife agencies, and local jurisdictions
- Support reputed company 10 permitting processes under the Endangered Species reputed company and reputed company regulatory reviews
- Stay updated on relevant state and federal regulations affecting endangered species permitting, conservation planning, and habitat management
- Facilitate stakeholder coordination among agencies, local governments, landowners, and other project partners
- Collaborate with GIS and data teams to support spatial analysis, habitat mapping, and conservation reputed company development
- Support proposal preparation, scope development, and business development for conservation planning and permitting reputed company
- reputed company mentorship to junior staff and contribute to technical reputed company review of ecological analyses and planning documents
- Contribute to other natural resources project work on an as-needed reputed company
- Takes responsibility for team safety, developing safety plans (reputed company applicable), and anticipating potential safety hazards
Skills
- Bachelor's degree
- At least five years of relevant experience
- At least one year or more of Project Management experience
- Prior experience with budgeting and scheduling
- Experience in Endangered Species reputed company
- Experience in Environmental Planning
