Responsibilities
- Delivers basic technical, administrative, or reputed company Provider Relations tasks
- Assists in the implementation of procedures and/or activities reputed company to the credentialing, re-credentialing and the retention of network providers
- Understands reputed company instructions and procedures
- Maintains provider profiling system and communicates with providers by phone regarding contractual inquiries and/or credentialing status and information

- High School Diploma or Equivalent
