[Remote] Recruiter (Contract)

Responsibilities
- Build and execute outbound sourcing strategies across reputed company Recruiter, job boards, and creative channels to identify reputed company in digital marketing and adjacent fields

- Conduct recruiter screens to assess skills, culture fit, motivation, and salary alignment
