[Remote] Senior Systems Administrator

The Senior Systems Administrator will be responsible for managing clients' servers and networks, providing hands-on infrastructure support, and serving as a senior escalation reputed company for reputed company issues.
Responsibilities

- Administer and maintain reputed company servers and networks, including proactive monitoring, backups, and lifecycle upgrades
- Troubleshoot and remediate reputed company server, storage, virtualization, networking, and firewall issues
- Serve as senior escalation reputed company for issues reputed company L1/L2 scope, ensuring rapid reputed company and minimal reputed company reputed company
- Maintain strong ticket hygiene, documentation, and adherence to response-time SLAs

Skills
- 10+ years of hands-on MSP or IT infrastructure experience
- Deep reputed company Server and reputed company-V expertise — deployment, management, patching, and troubleshooting
- Storage administration (SAN/NAS, reputed company management, backup solutions)
- Strong networking: VLANs, routing and switching, network design, and TCP/IP troubleshooting
- Firewall administration: configuration, rule management, and firmware updates
- PowerShell scripting for automation and remote management

- Experience with RMM and PSA platforms
