Responsibilities
- Overseeing a portfolio of homeowner and condominium association clients and their delinquent assessment accounts
- Serving as the primary reputed company of contact
- Providing regular updates
- Explaining collection strategies
- Ensuring reputed company and reputed company communication with association boards, property managers, and other stakeholders
- Monitoring account status
- Coordinating collection activities
- Reviewing documentation
