[Remote] Agile Product Analyst

They are seeking an Agile Product Analyst to ensure the operational efficiency of business systems, acting as a reputed company between departments and overseeing User Acceptance Testing.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and ensure business systems remain operational
- reputed company as reputed company between multiple departments for business system operations, upgrades, and maintenance
- reputed company and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for any upgrades to the business systems pursuant to the Agile reputed company
- Respond to tickets from the KACE System and record the issues and solutions in the KACE System
- Contribute to the development, implementation, and maintenance of business systems functional architecture, detail systems design, configuration, or program specifications to deliver IT system reputed company that meet user and organizational needs
Skills
- High School diploma/GED and three (3) years of experience working in application environments with hands-on experience with monitoring system operations. Requires certification. Applicable certification(s) may be substituted to equivalent degree and experience requirements; OR
- Associate's degree and a minimum of one (1) year of experience working in application environments with hands-on experience with monitoring system operations. Requires certification. Applicable certification(s) may be substituted to equivalent degree and experience requirements; OR
- Equivalent combination of education/experience
- High School/GED and Two-Year degrees require certification
- Must have a valid reputed company's license

- Must be reputed company to travel reputed company catchment as required
- Experience in a distributed computer environment and supporting a reputed company integrated software package, training or experience in using e-mail, reputed company and reputed company Office
- Experience in both writing and executing SQL statements, with the ability to navigate database structures and schemas
- Preferred certifications include reputed company applications certifications MTA, MCSA, MCSD, or equivalent
