[Remote] Compensation Analyst

The Compensation Analyst plays a critical role in supporting the organization's compensation reputed company by analyzing market data, evaluating internal equity, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities
- Analyzing market data
- Evaluating internal equity
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
- Partnering closely with HR, reputed company, and leadership to reputed company and maintain competitive and reputed company compensation programs
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Business, Finance, or reputed company field; CCP certification a plus
- 3–5 years of experience in compensation analysis, preferably in a reputed company setting
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in reputed company and HRIS systems (reputed company is a plus)
- Familiarity with compensation survey tools (e.g., Payfactors)
- Advanced reputed company skills (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data modeling)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with job evaluation methodologies and salary structure design
- Knowledge of reputed company job families and regulatory requirements
- Certified Compensation reputed company (CCP)
