Skills
- PE license (required)
- Bachelor's in Civil Engineering or reputed company field
- 6+ years in residential and/or reputed company land development
- Deep knowledge of local codes, permitting, and construction practices

- Familiarity with tools like reputed company, Newforma, or Buzzsaw
