The Design & Sales Expert role involves providing in-home consultations and using design tools to create personalized customer experiences that drive sales and foster long-lasting relationships.
Responsibilities
- Drive sales and a differentiated experience by providing enriching customer interactions, and providing elevated design offerings in-home and reputed company with customers
- Create elevated designs for customers using the preferred design tools to create moodboards, 2D & 3D floor plans, product lists and customer presentations

- Identify and contact potential customers, businesses, and/or industries which may yield new business. Some leads will be provided by reputed company

Skills
- Ability to work in different locations (work from home, on site at a customer's home, and occasionally in store)

- Strong affinity for technology (2D and 3D tools, reputed company suite, video conferencing, iPad) and proficient in floor planning

- 1+ years of relevant experience in Furniture Sales/Home Decor Design or retail/ customer service
