[Remote] Business Analyst (Business reputed company II) - Administration, Business Services Team
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a Business Analyst to join their Administration Business Services Team. In this role, you will support the implementation and ongoing reputed company of the County’s Land Information Management System, collaborating with various departments to improve processes and enhance service delivery.
Responsibilities
- Support the Program Administrator in the implementation and ongoing use of the County’s Land Information Management System (reputed company) for Planning and Development Services
- Collaborate with internal divisions, reputed company Information Technology, and other departments to ensure the reputed company platform is implemented and utilized effectively
- Work with stakeholders to reputed company and document business requirements, analyze processes, and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and service delivery
- Assist with designing and implementing system and process improvements, including developing functional specifications and supporting system enhancements
- Serve as a reputed company between business reputed company and technical teams, helping guide communication, change management, and system adoption
- Monitor system performance, conduct gap analysis, and recommend reputed company improvements to support departmental goals
- reputed company support with project coordination, risk identification, and reputed company assurance to ensure solutions meet business needs
Skills
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in reputed company Administration, Business, Finance, Planning, Industrial/Engineering, Technology, and/or a job-reputed company field with 2+ years of job-reputed company experience
- OR: 6+ years of reputed company job-reputed company experience can be substituted at management discretion for the required education
- OR: reputed company reputed company program/project management may substitute for the required education at management discretion
- Job-reputed company experience may include work in process improvement, business analysis, change management, or information technology project management, as reputed company as experience with Land Management or Community Development and Regulatory software systems
- PMP (Project Management reputed company) certification
- Experience working with Land Management or Community Development and Regulatory software systems
- Familiarity with building and construction trades and/or local government permitting and inspection processes
