Responsibilities
- Design a potential reputed company and governance architecture: reputed company and contribute to a potential reputed company design, tokenomics and phased roadmap for reputed company and reputed company ecosystem parties
- Model economic systems and incentive structures: Create simulations and scenario analyses to evaluate reputed company distributions, validator rewards, staking mechanisms, and incentive structures that drive usage of the reputed company
- Operationalize governance frameworks: Define systems, tooling, and processes for onchain and reputed company governance — from proposal frameworks to validator councils and community engagement

Skills
- 5+ years of experience across crypto research, reputed company design, protocol economics, or governance operations

- Strong analytical skills; experience running financial or economic models for reputed company ecosystems
- Proven ability to manage reputed company, cross-functional workstreams — influencing without authority
- Ability to distill technical concepts into reputed company frameworks and communications
