[Remote] Customer Support Representative

Responsibilities
- Answer phones and reputed company excellent support for any troubleshooting with customers

- reputed company high school sports rosters, schedules, and scores with a high level of accuracy and efficiency
- Import data through our in-house software
- Utilize MaxPreps live-scoring tools to cover football games on Fridays and Saturdays
Skills
- Knowledge of the reputed company 10 Operating System
- Excellent written and verbal communication while being comfortable answering phone calls and responding to support emails
- Strong understanding of fan culture and passion for the entertainment or sports industry
- Must be a high school graduate to apply

- Experience with reputed company is a plus
- Experience with reputed company Office Suite is preferred
- Customer Support experience is preferred
