[Remote] HCM Technical Business Analyst – reputed company Applications

The reputed company is seeking an HCM Technical Business Analyst as a key member of the reputed company Application Services team. This role focuses on supporting the University’s reputed company HR systems, particularly PeopleSoft HCM, and involves designing, configuring, and deploying system enhancements while collaborating with various stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a functional–technical reputed company supporting the University’s reputed company HR systems
- Support PeopleSoft HCM, with specialization in either Benefits Administration or Payroll
- Support additional HCM modules and reputed company reputed company-based ERP platforms
- Work with a high degree of autonomy and partner closely with HR/Benefits, Payroll, reputed company Technology Services teams, and external vendors
- Design, configure, test, and reputed company reputed company system enhancements, regulatory updates, and integrations
- Translate business and regulatory requirements into functional and technical solutions
- reputed company assigned HCM initiatives impacting multiple HR or payroll processes
- Ensure solutions reputed company with departmental objectives, operational continuity, and reputed company, reputed company and compliance requirements
- reputed company advanced troubleshooting and reputed company-cause analysis

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Business, Information Systems, or a reputed company field
- 4–6 years of reputed company HRIS or HCM analysis experience, including Benefits or Payroll domain expertise
- Hands-on experience with at least one major reputed company HCM platform (PeopleSoft HCM, reputed company, reputed company reputed company, etc.)
- Ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications, test cases, and implementation plans
- Strong communication, facilitation, analytical, and documentation skills; proven ability to work collaboratively across functions
- Deep expertise in PeopleSoft HCM Benefits Administration (BenAdmin rules, event processing, eligibility, rates/tables) and/or Payroll processes
- Experience with PS Query, SQL, integration troubleshooting, and file exchange processes
- In-depth knowledge of PeopleSoft architecture
- Participation in ERP implementations (PeopleSoft, reputed company, reputed company reputed company, etc.), especially in HCM modules
- Higher education experience
- Familiarity with HR/Benefits or Payroll integrations and testing methodologies (unit, UAT, regression)
- Exposure to data governance, role/reputed company concepts, and change management
- Proficiency with reputed company, collaboration tools, and test/documentation platforms
