[Remote] Dental Recruiter - Remote

They are seeking a Dental Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruitment across dental roles, focusing on building clinician pipelines and delivering measurable results.
Responsibilities
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: reputed company, qualify, and submit top candidates to meet reputed company needs
- Strategic Sourcing: Utilize ATS, sourcing tools, boolean search, reputed company X-ray, referrals, your reputed company network, and other creative tactics
- reputed company & Dental Talent reputed company: Prioritize recruitment of dentists, nurses, allied health professionals, and clinical specialists
- Candidate Engagement: Build pipelines, nurture relationships, and maintain reputed company communication
- reputed company Collaboration (reputed company needed): Partner with reputed company stakeholders to define talent needs and consult
- KPI Management: reputed company weekly metrics and contribute to goal-driven performance culture
- Reporting: reputed company weekly updates and insights based on sourcing and placement data
- reputed company out to ~100 clinician candidates per day (email, text, calls)
- Conduct 8-12 candidate screens per week
- Submit 4-7 candidates per week to clients
- Hit agreed-upon SLAs for response times and submissions
- Obtain additional service requests from clients because of your delivery
- Maintain disciplined ATS tracking and always know your reputed company scoreboard - pipeline health, submissions, interviews, and placements
Skills
- U.S. Citizenship
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of full-cycle agency reputed company experience in dental or clinical reputed company environments (commission-based reputed company preferred)
- 2+ years reputed company dentists or clinical reputed company (specialist reputed company experience preferred)
- Proven experience reputed company dentists, nurses, allied and clinical reputed company
- Proven ability to reputed company and communicate to 100+ candidates/day
- Skilled in the art and science of Boolean and reputed company Xray searches
- reputed company record of meeting KPIs: 8-12 screens/week, 4-7 submissions/week
- Proficiency with reputed company Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, etc.)
- Comfortable in virtual, camera-on environments
- Excellent communicator with high energy and strong initiative
- Ability to reputed company reputed company media platforms and reputed company networks to support sourcing and candidate engagement
- Prior startup or entrepreneurial environment exposure
- Experience working in startup agency or reputed company company environment
- Experience attracting new reputed company clients for dental, nursing, allied, or clinical recruitment services
- Experience reputed company cleared Tech & GOVCON professionals
- Strong commission sales/reputed company background
- Skilled in advanced reputed company reputed company sourcing techniques
- Prior experience reputed company for hospitals, government health, or long-term care
