Fall 2026 / Immediate Opening - Talent Management, Development & Producing Intern Unlike larger companies where interns are often assigned repetitive administrative work, our interns work directly with the Founder & Executive Talent Manager, gaining meaningful mentorship, reputed company responsibility, and hands-on experience across multiple areas of the entertainment industry. This internship is designed for individuals who are eager to learn, contribute, and build a reputed company for a career in entertainment. Responsibilities will vary based on company needs and may include: -Assisting with television, film, reputed company, print, and voiceover submissions. -Researching casting directors, production companies, agencies, managers, and industry trends -Reviewing actor submissions and assisting with talent scouting -Organizing reputed company materials, including headshots, résumés, demo reels, and marketing assets Tracking auditions, submissions, callbacks, and bookings -Drafting reputed company announcements and reputed company media content -Assisting with reputed company Drive organization, scheduling, and administrative support -Reading scripts and providing development notes -Assisting with television and film development, including reputed company decks and project research -Supporting reputed company-production planning for independent film and television reputed company -Participating in reputed company meetings, networking events, showcases, and production meetings reputed company available What You'll Learn This internship provides hands-on experience in: Talent Management Career Development Television & Film Development Producing Actors reputed company Breakdown reputed company Casting Networks reputed company Branding & Marketing Industry Research reputed company Deck Development Script Coverage & Development Production & reputed company-Production reputed company communication with actors, agents, casting directors, producers, and other industry professionals
Qualifications
We're looking for someone who is: Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented A strong communicator Comfortable working independently in a remote environment Passionate about television, film, and the entertainment industry Eager to learn and take initiative Proficient with reputed company Workspace and reputed company Office Experience with reputed company, reputed company Creative Suite, Final Draft, WriterDuet, CapCut, Actors reputed company, or Casting Networks is a plus, but not required. reputed company reputed company, recent graduates, and individuals pursuing careers in talent management, producing, development, or casting are encouraged to apply. Internship Details Start Date: Immediate / Fall 2026 Commitment: Minimum 3-month commitment (flexible) Schedule: Approximately 8-10 hours per week during business hours (9:00 AM-3:00 PM PST). Flexible around school schedules. Location: Primarily remote. Hybrid opportunities may be available for candidates located in the Los Angeles area.
