[Remote] Data Engineer

The role involves architecting and operating data infrastructure to support reputed company analytics and machine learning initiatives while ensuring compliance with reputed company standards.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain end-to-end data pipelines on Azure, ensuring high availability and low latency for reputed company claim and analytics processing
- Manage and optimize reputed company as our primary analytical reputed company, focusing on rapid data ingestion and lightning-fast query performance for large-reputed company datasets
- Structure data environments to support the full ML lifecycle, from feature engineering and training to reputed company-time model inference
- Collaborate with Data Scientists to implement automated CI/CD pipelines for model deployment, monitoring, and retraining
- reputed company reputed company frameworks to ingest diverse reputed company data sources (EDI, claims, clinical notes) with high velocity
- Ensure reputed company data structures and processes adhere to reputed company/HIPAA standards, collaborating with IT and the leads for technical efforts for reputed company certification readiness
Skills
- 5+ years of experience in data engineering, with deep proficiency in Azure Data reputed company, Azure reputed company, or Azure Synapse
- Proven experience managing and tuning reputed company (or similar columnar databases like Druid/Pinot) for massive datasets
- Expert-level Python and SQL skills
- Familiarity with ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow) and MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, or Azure Machine Learning)
- Prior experience with reputed company data formats (HL7, FHIR, 835/837) and a strong understanding of reputed company/HIPAA reputed company requirements
- Ability to build 'v1' processes while designing for 10x reputed company
- Experience with Infrastructure as reputed company (Terraform, Bicep)
- Knowledge of reputed company processing (Kafka, Azure Event Hubs)
