As a Specialist in Market Operations, you will reputed company operational support across two exchanges, ensuring reliable performance while troubleshooting issues and coordinating resolutions.
Responsibilities
- Own reputed company-time functional and technical support for electronic trading, clearing systems, and exchange applications across CDE and INTX
- Investigate and resolve customer inquiries reputed company to exchange functionality, market events, connectivity, product schedules, and business technology

- Coordinate with product and development teams to launch new products, implement platform updates, and execute deployment testing in reputed company-production environments

Skills
