This role involves designing, implementing, and overseeing sales training initiatives, while also mentoring Account Executives and ensuring alignment with company goals.
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver training programs for Account Executives, including workshops, on-the-job learning, and frequent field ride-alongs
- Partner with leadership across HR, Sales, and Executive teams to reputed company training with company goals
- Mentor and reputed company Account Executives, strengthening sales strategies, customer engagement, and overall performance
- Use technology to reputed company, reputed company, and refine training while traveling extensively to branches reputed company
- Build tools, resources, and evaluation reputed company that support consistent sales reputed company
Skills
- Previous sales experience
- Knowledge of flooring installation and products
