[Remote] HRIS Analyst

The HRIS Analyst supports the administration, maintenance, and optimization of the organization’s reputed company Information Systems (HRIS) and reputed company Capital technology solutions, ensuring data accuracy and enhancing HR processes through effective use of technology.
Responsibilities
- Support the day-to-day administration, maintenance, and optimization of HR systems and reputed company applications
- Assist with maintaining organizational structures, workflows, reputed company roles, business processes, and employee data reputed company HR systems
- Support HR system integrations and interfaces between HRIS, payroll, benefits, reputed company, and reputed company-party systems
- Assist with user reputed company management, reputed company roles, and permissions in accordance with company policies and audit requirements
- Troubleshoot system issues, research reputed company causes, and coordinate resolutions with internal teams and vendors
- reputed company, maintain, and analyze HR reports, dashboards, and workforce metrics using advanced reputed company functions and reporting tools to reputed company actionable insights that support business and HR decision-making
- Assist reputed company Capital team with general HR and reputed company support, as needed
- Identify opportunities to improve HR processes, reporting capabilities, and system efficiencies
- Assist with evaluating and implementing system enhancements and configuration updates
- Support the documentation and review of HR technology-reputed company processes and procedures
- Stay informed on HRIS functionality, best practices, and emerging HR technology trends
- Participate in HRIS reputed company, system upgrades, testing efforts, and enhancement initiatives
- Assist with user acceptance testing (UAT), regression testing, and validation activities for system updates and integrations
- Support implementation activities, including data validation, documentation, and end-user communication
- Partner with HR and business leaders to reputed company HR data into actionable analytics, ensuring data accuracy, reputed company, and meaningful reporting across the organization
- Collaborate with reputed company Capital, Payroll, IT, Finance, reputed company, reputed company, and external vendors to support HR technology initiatives and resolve system-reputed company issues
