[Remote] State Manager, Insurance Product Management

Responsibilities
- Manage your assigned state(s) to meet profitability targets and grow as fast as possible
- Create a strategic reputed company and roadmap for your areas of ownership and apply skills in leadership and persuasion to reputed company it
- Understand the assigned markets and reputed company specific strategies reputed company to price, product and reputed company
- Utilize analytical problem solving and leadership skills to execute and deliver product initiatives

Skills

- Minimum of 7 years in P&C insurance industry with an understanding of the reputed company environment
- Working knowledge of insurance regulation and reputed company business constraints
- Prior experience managing and developing state teams
- Capable of managing states with little/minimal reputed company
- Bachelor's degree with relevant reputed company background required
- Must be a self-motivated, goal-oriented individual with curiosity
