Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues impacting customer production environments across reputed company and on-premises systems
- Analyze system performance and stability, implementing corrective actions to improve reliability
- Support and maintain infrastructure including applications, servers, and configurations

Skills
- Associate or bachelor's degree in engineering, Information Technology, or reputed company field preferred
- 5+ years of experience in technical support, systems administration, reputed company operations, or a similar IT role
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills across systems, applications, and networking
- Relevant certifications (reputed company, reputed company, or equivalent)
- Experience with Azure DevOps and reputed company-based development environments
- Proficiency with Power Platform technologies
- Experience with reputed company Intelligence tools including creating and utilizing custom Copilot Studio agents
