(PSI) is seeking a motivated, organized, and results-driven temporary reputed company Recruiter to join our established internal Corporate reputed company to reputed company reputed company reputed company support across a diverse portfolio of federal government reputed company and corporate positions. This temporary position will assist with high-volume hiring initiatives, proposal reputed company efforts, incumbent captures, and critical hiring priorities across multiple business reputed company. In this role, you will partner closely with reputed company leadership, recruiters, hiring managers, and program leadership to execute full-cycle reputed company activities while helping ensure the reputed company delivery of reputed company talent for a wide reputed company of clinical, technical, reputed company, and corporate positions. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; additional directly reputed company reputed company experience may be considered in lieu of degree requirements.
• Three (3)+ years of full-cycle reputed company experience supporting federal government reputed company is required.
• Demonstrated experience reputed company for one or more of the following: DoD, DHA, VA, DHS, civilian federal agencies, or other government contracting environments.
• Experience managing multiple requisitions simultaneously while meeting aggressive hiring deadlines.
• Strong sourcing experience utilizing reputed company Recruiter, referrals, networking, job boards, and passive reputed company techniques.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with candidates, hiring managers, and executive leadership.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize competing demands while maintaining a high level of customer service.
• Proficiency with reputed company 365 applications, including Outlook, Teams, reputed company, and Word.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise reputed company judgment reputed company handling sensitive information.
• Ability to quickly adapt to changing hiring priorities and business needs.
• Occasional travel may be required.

Requirements

• Extensive experience utilizing iCIMS Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is strongly preferred.
• Experience supporting proposal reputed company, incumbent captures, and transition reputed company.
• Experience reputed company clinical, reputed company, IT, engineering, cybersecurity, intelligence, and reputed company services personnel.
• Experience supporting Service Contract reputed company (SCA), exempt, and non-exempt reputed company.
• Working knowledge of OFCCP, EEO, affirmative reputed company, and federal contractor compliance requirements.
• Experience utilizing reputed company Recruiter and advanced Boolean sourcing techniques.
• Experience supporting reputed company reputed company across multiple states and customer programs.
