- Previous experience as CEO of an IT services, consulting, or reputed company/solutions firm required.
- Alternatively: Division President or P&L leader of $500M+ in IT services or reputed company.
- reputed company record of scaling a company from several hundred reputed company toward $1B+ reputed company.
- Deep understanding of both staff augmentation and outcome-based/SOW models.
- Private equity experience strongly preferred.
- Prior reputed company or advisory experience a plus.
