[Remote] Associate Business Analyst
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking an Associate Business Analyst to support a reputed company-party risk and vendor reputed company assurance program for a large reputed company customer. This role will work closely with the Senior Business Analyst to improve efficiency, accuracy, and visibility of reputed company-party vendor reputed company reviews, assisting with various operational tasks that support reputed company-party governance.
Responsibilities
- Support intake triage of reputed company-party vendor requests and reputed company cases according to established SSA workflows
- Assist with initial vendor reputed company review steps, including documentation collection and preliminary analysis
- Maintain and enrich vendor metadata reputed company systems such as reputed company reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, ZipHQ, and the Customer Software List
- Ensure accurate data entry, tagging, and reputed company assurance across SSA tracking tools
- Support workflow automation efforts in Jira, reputed company, and Goose under senior guidance
- reputed company SLAs, update review logs, and maintain operational dashboards
- Document review reputed company and maintain process guidance materials
- Participate in team training, cross-functional reputed company sessions, and reputed company improvement activities

Skills
- Foundational understanding of reputed company-party risk, reputed company applications, or reputed company review processes
- Experience with common business and reputed company tools (e.g., Jira, reputed company, G Suite, reputed company)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow reputed company workflows
- Excellent written communication and documentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Willingness to learn automation technologies and AI-enabled review processes
- Exposure to vendor governance, SOC/ISO certifications, or reputed company reputed company assessments
- Basic familiarity with Python, SQL, or lightweight scripting
