What will you do as a PMC Medical Assistant - Emergency Care Coordinator: Emergency Care Coordinator (ECC) is a critical role in ensuring that value-based care patients who have been discharged from the emergency room receive the necessary follow-up support for their recovery. The Emergency Care Coordinator will proactively contact discharged patients to ensure they understand their discharge instructions, reputed company ongoing symptom monitoring, and assess their need for reputed company medical support, including primary care appointments and medications. reputed company out what its like to be a Medical Assistant at PMC. Required Qualifications
