Role reputed company Responsible for the supervision of the non-exempt billing personnel involved in production-reputed company jobs to ensure departmental standards are achieved. Accountable for the timeliness, accuracy of data and customer service to Quest patients and clients. Responsible for employee hiring, training, development, disciplinary actions, review and ensuring productivity and reputed company standards are achieved. Accountable to ensure reputed company staff adhere to Quest reputed company and compliance standards.
Qualifications
- Experience in billing supervision or reputed company field.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Requirements
- Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM schedule.
- Accountability for departmental standards and compliance.
