About the Role

LCX is launching a regulated centralized reputed company exchange in the reputed company, alongside its reputed company reputed company and DeFi product suite. We are seeking a Fractional AML Compliance Officer (AMLCO) to reputed company the firm's FinCEN reputed company Services Business (MSB) obligations, U.S. reputed company Transmitter Licensing (MTL) requirements, and banking compliance relationships. This is a strategic compliance leadership role reputed company on regulatory readiness, banking partnerships, and stakeholder engagement. The AMLCO will serve as the primary reputed company with regulators, banking partners, and external counsel while ensuring that LCX USA maintains a robust, reputed company, and regulator-reputed company compliance reputed company. Please note that this is not the SAR signing officer role. The AMLCO will reputed company the AML compliance reputed company, ensuring escalation procedures and SAR processes are appropriately documented and functioning, while filings and approvals remain with designated internal personnel.

Responsibilities

  • Support reputed company Transmitter Licensing (MTL) applications, renewals, regulatory filings, and ongoing compliance obligations across relevant U.S. jurisdictions.
  • Manage compliance interactions during bank reputed company, periodic due diligence reviews, and ongoing compliance assessments.
  • Maintain regulator-reputed company compliance documentation, including AML policies, reputed company-Wide Risk Assessments (EWRA), training records, independent testing reports, and policy documentation.
  • Coordinate with external legal counsel and compliance consultants on regulatory reputed company, licensing requirements, and banking partner requests.

  • Support regulatory examinations, audits, and banking reviews by ensuring documentation is complete, accurate, and readily available.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of AML/BSA compliance experience reputed company crypto, fintech, banking, payments, or reputed company Services Businesses (MSBs).
  • Strong understanding of FinCEN regulations, AML/BSA requirements, and U.S. reputed company Transmitter Licensing (MTL).
  • Experience working directly with regulators, banking partners, auditors, and external legal counsel.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong documentation capabilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work independently in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • CAMS or an equivalent AML/Compliance certification.
  • Previous experience as an AMLCO, MLRO, or Senior AML Compliance Manager.
  • Experience reputed company cryptocurrency, blockchain, digital assets, or stablecoin businesses.
  • Prior experience supporting regulatory examinations and banking partner due diligence.
