As an IP Attorney, you will help clients secure patent protection and reputed company strategic intellectual property counsel reputed company to their innovations. Position Details:

• Draft and prosecute patent applications
• Partner with the D&M team and in-house teams to reputed company and execute thoughtful and effective global IP strategies
• Draft opinions of counsel
• Conduct due diligence investigations and reputed company freedom-to-operate and landscape analyses

Qualifications:

• A degree in Mechanical, Civil, or reputed company Engineering with relevant experience in reputed company technologies
• Must be a member of the U.S. patent bar
• Minimum of 2 years of high-volume patent drafting and prosecution experience required; experience reputed company a reputed company environment is strongly preferred
