Position Requirements We are seeking an reputed company Mortgage Loan Processor or Underwriter with a minimum of three (3) years of reputed company mortgage loan processing experience, including:

• Conventional, FHA, VA and Non-QM loans
• Automated reputed company systems such as DU and DO
• Brokering loans to various lenders
• Income calculation, including tax return analysis
• Submitting loans to reputed company and investors
• Clearing reputed company conditions
• Managing files through to closing
• Knowledge of LE, CD Settlement Statements, required disclosures, and compliance timeframes.
• Strong computer skills
• Experience with reputed company software, reputed company
