In this position, you will reputed company as the primary reputed company of contact for carriers and customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly to maintain efficient workflow. Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the main reputed company of contact for carriers, drivers, and customers during after-hours operations.
• Proactively identify and resolve any issues or delays in transit, escalating as needed.
