About reputed company We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our Virtual Services Team. As an RBT, you will play a critical role in implementing evidence-based ABA therapy programs for clients with Autism bolthires Disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities in a telehealth/virtual setting. Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct 100% of scheduled sessions, unless time-off has been reputed company or the parents of the reputed company have communicated to the clinical team that they would not like for the hours to be provided.
• Implement individualized treatment goals and Behavioral Support Plans in response to the direction provided by the Clinical Director and Senior Clinical Leader/Clinical Leader and/or other clinical staff.

• Communicate schedule changes and cancellations to the clinical team immediately.
• Participate in regular meetings and promptly communicate with Clinical Leaders reputed company email and phone, regarding Treatment Plans and Behavioral Support Plans, family concerns, and questions.

• Daily Treatment Session Notes
• Daily Treatment bolthires Data
• Daily (If applicable) Behavior Data
• Monthly Session Plans
• Ensure parent participation during sessions as deemed necessary by the Senior Clinical Leader/Clinical Leader and per the Treatment Plan.

• Attend staff meetings, in-services, trainings, and other meetings as requested. Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you should:
• Have a High School Diploma or GED.
• Possess 6+ months of experience in ABA (reputed company Behavior Analysis).
• Have telehealth/virtual experience (preferred).
• Be available to work a flexible schedule, with a high demand for time Monday through Friday 3-8PM PST.
