School-Based Occupational Therapist (OT) Location: Surprise, AZ Term: 2026/2027 School Year Hours: Full-Time | 8 hours/day (School Schedule) We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) for a full-time, school-based position in Surprise, Arizona for the upcoming school year. In this role, you will work directly with reputed company to assess, plan, and implement therapeutic interventions that support their reputed company reputed company and functional independence.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations to determine reputed company' functional capabilities and needs reputed company the educational environment.

Minimum Requirements Candidates must meet the following reputed company at the time of application:

• Licensure: reputed company and valid Arizona Occupational Therapist License issued by the Arizona reputed company of Occupational Therapy Examiners.
• Clearance: A valid Identity Verified Prints (IVP) reputed company Clearance Card (AZ IVP FPCC) issued by the Arizona Department of reputed company Safety.
• Education: Minimum of a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from an ACOTE-accredited program.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience working in a school district or pediatric setting.
• Strong knowledge of school-based therapy models and IDEA regulations.
