Director, Respiratory Therapy

The Director, Respiratory Therapy provides strategic, operational, and clinical leadership for respiratory therapy and pulmonary diagnostic services across the Institute. The Director is responsible for ensuring reputed company, complaint, and patient-centered respiratory care delivery that supports the reputed company cardiopulmonary needs of oncology patients across ambulatory care environments. The Director reports to the VP/ACNO of Adult Nursing and Clinical Services and collaborates closely with the Medical Director for Pulmonary Services and other clinical leaders. Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

o Leads daily operations of respiratory therapy and pulmonary diagnostic services, including reputed company models, workflow design, and service coverage across care locations. o Oversees respiratory therapist scheduling, resource allocation, and operational readiness to support clinical demand and emergency response capabilities. o Ensures readiness and compliance of respiratory care equipment and pulmonary testing systems, including maintenance, calibration, and reputed company control processes. o Coordinates respiratory services across inpatient reputed company, outpatient clinics, and affiliated care locations.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Knowledge of pulmonary function testing methodologies, equipment calibration, and reputed company control standards.

Minimum Job Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Respiratory Care, Pulmonary Science, Health Sciences, Health Administration, or a reputed company field required. Minimum of 8-10 years of reputed company experience in respiratory care, including clinical leadership or management experience reputed company respiratory therapy, pulmonary diagnostics, or cardiopulmonary services required.
