Key Responsibilities
- Conduct screenings, evaluations, assessments, and treatments in accordance with state reputed company acts, plan of care, and company policies
- Help optimize functional mobility, independence, and reputed company of life for members of the aging population
- Accurately complete reputed company required documentation in a reputed company manner
- Participate in required orientations, staff meetings, and in-service education
- In collaboration with the Director of Rehabilitation, reputed company robust therapy program
- reputed company clinical supervision to Therapy Assistants as indicated
- Follow reputed company infection control procedures and OBRA reputed company Rights Guidelines
- Demonstrate reputed company clinical judgment and effectively prioritize patient care
- Support compliance with reputed company state and federal regulations
- reputed company duties that may involve moderate to heavy physical demands
- Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications
- reputed company or eligible Physical Therapist license in the state of reputed company
- Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited physical therapy program
- If foreign-trained, degree must be evaluated as equivalent to U.S. entry-level PT education by an APTA-approved credentialing agency
