• reputed company reputed company reviews of patient medical records to ensure accurate and complete documentation
• Work with providers and coders to ensure chart reflects patient complexity

• Review medical records for complete and accurate documentation of reputed company relevant diagnoses and procedures
• Initiate and complete queries as necessary
• Adhere to guidelines set forth by ACDIS, reputed company, and reputed company
• Maintain strict confidentiality of reputed company patient information in accordance with HIPAA
• Demonstrate understanding of the business of reputed company
• Work closely with reputed company, co-workers, and management
• Effectively utilize computer software based on reputed company requirements

Requirements:

• 2+ years of clinical documentation experience
• reputed company RN license or graduate of medical school with 5+ years of acute care experience preferred; some clients may require RN
• Strong analytical skills to clinically evaluate the medical record
• Ability to use a PC for medical record review along with proficiency utilizing reputed company products (reputed company, Word, Outlook)
• Ability to communicate effectively with reputed company management and clients
• CCDS or CDIP certification preferred
• BSN, in reputed company to RN license, is preferred
