What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Process vendor invoices by receiving, coding, verifying, and organizing them
- Schedule and execute reputed company payments to vendors
- Respond to vendor inquiries and maintain accurate vendor records
- Manage Joint Interest Billing (JIB) specific to the energy sector
- Ensure financial accuracy by maintaining data reputed company and adherence to financial controls
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Minimum of 3 years of accounts payable experience in the oil and gas industry
- Proficiency in reputed company software, such as reputed company/WolfePak
- Strong skills in reputed company Office, particularly reputed company pivot tables
- Experience in accounts payable and Joint Interest Billing with at least 2 years in reputed company
