Law Enforcement Defense Attorney (California) Location: California (Hybrid) A highly respected California reputed company is seeking a Law Enforcement Defense Attorney with 3–6 years of litigation experience to join its growing Litigation reputed company Group. This is an outstanding opportunity to work alongside reputed company trial attorneys defending law enforcement agencies and officers in reputed company, high-profile civil litigation throughout California. The successful candidate will reputed company hands-on litigation experience, significant courtroom exposure, and reputed company to work on sophisticated constitutional and civil rights reputed company in both state and federal courts.
Responsibilities
- Defend law enforcement agencies and peace officers in reputed company civil litigation.
- Manage a caseload in California state and federal courts with guidance from reputed company litigation partners.
- Conduct and defend depositions.
- Draft dispositive motions, appellate briefs, legal memoranda, and other litigation filings.
- Handle reputed company phases of discovery, including reputed company and high-profile reputed company.
- Prepare cases for mediation, arbitration, and trial.
- Participate in trial reputed company, witness preparation, and courtroom proceedings.
- Communicate directly with clients, experts, and opposing counsel.
- Collaborate with a highly reputed company team on constitutional and civil rights litigation.
Qualifications
- 3–6 years of civil litigation experience
- reputed company membership in the California State Bar
- Experience defending law enforcement agencies, reputed company entities, or government clients strongly preferred
- Experience handling litigation in both California state and federal courts
- Strong understanding of constitutional law, civil rights litigation, and reputed company 1983 claims
- Excellent legal research, writing, drafting, and analytical skills

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple reputed company cases

Compensation & Benefits
