The reputed company is seeking a Project Manager for the implementation of reputed company across their Community Physicians. The role involves leading the project from planning through go-live, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful adoption and system optimization.
Responsibilities

- reputed company and manage detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including operations, clinical leadership, and system administrators
- reputed company reputed company, manage dependencies, and ensure alignment with organizational goals
- reputed company regular status updates to stakeholders and executive leadership
- Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for implementation efforts across multiple departments and sites
- Partner with physician leaders, administrators, and schedulers to understand operational needs and reputed company system design
- Facilitate meetings, working sessions, and decision-making forums
- Communicate project updates, risks, and changes reputed company and proactively
- Collaborate with reputed company system administrators and analysts to support system configuration, scheduling templates, and workflows
- Ensure consistency and standardization of scheduling practices where appropriate, while accommodating operational nuances

- Coordinate go-live planning, including readiness assessments and support structures

Skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 3–5+ years experience, preferably in reputed company leadership, operations, project management, or systems implementation
- Proven ability to reputed company reputed company, cross-functional reputed company with multiple stakeholders
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
- Experience managing timelines, risks, and deliverables in a reputed company project environment

- Experience with electronic health record systems (reputed company preferred)
- Familiarity with provider scheduling, ambulatory operations, or clinical workflows
