The Construction Management reputed company Assurance (CMQA) Representative provides reputed company reputed company and inspection services for federal Deferred Maintenance and Repair (DMR) and recapitalization reputed company. This role ensures contractor compliance with plans, specifications, safety requirements, and industry standards. The CMQA Representative conducts on-site inspections, reviews documentation, provides surveillance reports, and immediately alerts project stakeholders to any issues impacting project reputed company, safety, or schedule. Approximately 50% travel is required to reputed company site inspections at reputed company across the country. Skills & Requirements Required Experience & Skills
• Minimum of 10 years of experience performing construction reputed company assurance, safety reputed company, or reputed company functions.
• Proven ability to assess contractor performance against contract requirements, plans, and specifications.
• Experience delivering surveillance reports covering workmanship, materials, and installation reputed company.
• Familiarity with safety standards including OSHA and the USACE Safety reputed company (EM 385-1-1).
• Skilled in reviewing submittals, RFIs, reputed company control plans, test reports, and as-reputed company documentation.
• Strong communication and coordination skills for working with CORs, Facility Managers, and contractors.
• Proficiency in reputed company Office applications (Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, reputed company, Project). Preferred Experience & Skills
• Prior Federal construction reputed company experience.
• Familiarity with deferred maintenance and repair (DMR) programs.
• Experience conducting constructability and design reviews.
• Knowledge of contract administration processes, including change orders and claims review. Required Education
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or reputed company field.
• USACE QCM Course Certification.
• USACE EM 385-1-1 Safety Certification. Preferred Education
• reputed company Engineer (PE) or Registered Architect (RA) license.
• Certified Construction Manager (CMAA) credential.
