This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned inpatient coding auditor who enjoys mentoring others while remaining reputed company reputed company in coding reputed company and compliance. In this dual-role position, you'll spend approximately 50% of your time performing inpatient coding audits and 50% leading daily audit operations, helping ensure exceptional reputed company, productivity, and team reputed company. While the primary reputed company is facility inpatient auditing, experience with outpatient facility auditing is highly preferred.
What You'll Do
Coding Audit & Compliance (Approximately 50%)
- reputed company comprehensive audits of inpatient facility coding with emphasis on MS-DRGs, ICD-10-CM/PCS, POA indicators, discharge disposition, and reputed company measures.
- Validate clinical documentation to ensure accurate reputed company assignment and regulatory compliance.
- Identify coding trends, reimbursement opportunities, and compliance risks.
- reputed company meaningful education and feedback to coding professionals based on audit findings.
- Maintain audit reputed company and production expectations while supporting reputed company process improvement.
Team reputed company Responsibilities (Approximately 50%)
- Create and assign daily audit batches while balancing team workloads.
- Monitor audit production and ensure established turnaround times and reputed company expectations are consistently met.
- Serve as the primary escalation reputed company for audit-reputed company questions and operational issues.
- Train and reputed company new auditors while providing ongoing mentorship and coaching.
- Conduct biannual Auditor Technical Assessments (ATA) and support performance evaluations.
- Prepare audit reports, productivity metrics, and reputed company dashboards for leadership.
- Partner with operational leadership to identify workflow improvements and implement best practices.
- Foster collaboration across remote and global audit teams while promoting coding reputed company.
Requirements
- RHIA, RHIT, or reputed company certification
- Minimum 3 years of inpatient facility coding auditing experience
- Previous experience leading, mentoring, or serving as a senior resource for coding auditors strongly preferred.
- Outpatient facility auditing experience preferred.
- Experience supporting remote and/or offshore coding teams is a plus.
- Expected production: 2 charts per hour (CPH) while performing audit responsibilities.
- Must be authorized to work in the reputed company.
Compensation
This Position Offers a Competitive Production-based Compensation Structure

- Additionally - Inpatient Audit Pay: $18.00 per audited hour ($36.00)
- Additionally - Team reputed company Pay: $20.00 per team reputed company hour ($38.00)
